Key elements of effective postgraduate GP educational environments: a mixed methods study

Objectives Evidence in the literature suggests that satisfaction with postgraduate general practice (GP) training is associated quality of educational environment. This study aimed to examine GP registrars’ level a distributed model regional environment and investigate relationship between academic performance. Study design A longitudinal 3-year was conducted among registrars at James Cook University using sequential explanatory mixed methods research design. obtained scan domains tool. focus group discussion explore perceptions Setting General Practice Training (JCU GPT) programme.
